How are orders shipped?
All orders are managed by Australia Post eParcel and DHL Express (international). Orders will be shipped within 1 business day excluding Public Holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, our sales team will provide you with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your orders progress. You can use this number to track your order via Australia Post and DHL. Express
What are your domestic (AUS & NZ) shipping options and costs?
For purchases over $60, PILLAR provides FREE standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand.
For purchases under $60, a flat rate delivery fee of $7.90 applies for standard shipping.
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia). Orders sent to New Zealand may take up to 10 working days.
What are your international shipping options?
PILLAR ships to select countries internationally.
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30 for the United States and United Kingdom via DHL Express.
FREE shipping to United States and United Kingdom for all orders over AUD$300 via DHL Express.
Most orders are delivered within 10-15 working days from the date we ship your order.

Importantly, you will need to quote your order number and tracking number.
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that you are unhappy with for any reason, provided such return is made within fourteen (14) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to assist. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including any postage charges.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend that you take steps to insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately fifteen (15) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. No credit will be issued for material not in a resalable condition. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ or on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.
