By subscribing, you’ll have your favourite products arriving direct to your door at a frequency of your choosing (every one, two or three months).

We’ve made our subscription process simple, so all you have to do is pick your favourite PILLAR products.

You’ll see a subscription option available on each product page, with subsequent options to select your frequency (every one, two or three months) before placing it in your cart.

You can make multiple subscriptions to ensure you cover all bases with our clinical strength range.

Once you’re done head to your cart and fill in your details. You’ll see a summary of your subscriptions ready for payment. 

After you finalise your order we’ll automatically create you an account so you can manage your subscription whenever you’d like.

You have the option to decide the frequency of your subscription when you first place your order and you can change or update the frequency of your order at any time by logging into your account.

Our products have different volumes and dosages and we all have our own strategies on when and how we take them so we understand the need to be flexible.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. All you have to do is log onto your account and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. Please note, cancellation will need to be made within 7 days of your next scheduled delivery.

Yes you can! Just place your subscription and single purchase in your cart and we’ll take care of the rest. A few more details that you need to know when it comes to shipping:

  • You get FREE shipping on any orders over $60.
  • You get FREE shipping on all subscriptions.


If you have a cart of mixed items, (some one off and some subscription) and your order is under $60 then you will be charged shipping, but only as once off for the non-subscription items. Your recurring total will be free of shipping.
